Extraction Canopies
An
extraction canopy is of major importance within any
commercial kitchen which is why we specialise in air
extraction systems that are outstanding in quality and

With more than 50 years experience
our highly skilled craftsmen consistently produce extraction
canopies to exacting standards. These include standard
and bespoke made to measure solutions for all commercial
kitchen environments from Chinese, Thai and Indian restaurants
and takeaways to pizza, chip shops, hotels, hospitals,
school and commercial canteens.
All our extraction canopies are fabricated and manufactured
in our Leicester facility. Manufactured from 304 (En.1.4301)
grade, 20 gauge (1mm) stainless steel, the canopies
are suitably braced to prevent distortion and all joints
are welded and polished. All visible surfaces are fine
grain satin with a dull finish to match other items
of catering equipment in a commercial kitchen. Our products
are manufactured to DW/172 standard for kitchen ventilation
systems and the canopies are thoroughly tested ensuring
conformity to BS6173.
All our canopies include a full perimeter integrally
formed channel with double angled lower edge for strength
and safety. If joints are required they are formed by
means of an internal standing seam with cover strip.
Our expert engineers will liaise with consulting engineers,
architects, mechanical contractors and end users to
ensure that we provide high quality systems fit for
purpose with a long service life. We can offer a first
rate design service through to project installation
and completion or customers can cherry pick from our
range of services to suit their requirements.
